About Us

Vent Covers Incorporated was formed in 2007 in Sunrise, Florida. The Company is owned and operated by Michael Hemmer, President and CEO and Denise Carmel COO.

Michael Hemmer is the creator of the product and is a practicing firefighter in the State of Florida and owns a General Contracting Company. Michael’s 37 years of experience in construction as well as repairing numerous homes after Hurricanes such as Andrew and Wilma, coupled with his scientific knowledge from dealing with fire, has witnessed first hand what storm weather can do to property and life.

Denise Carmel has a BA Honours Degree and a Diploma in Business and Finance, in addition to over twenty five years as an experienced management professional working with major Blue Chip Clients, Franchises and Owner Operated Businesses.
